Mobile grain calibration and cleaning complex SOK-25

The “SOK-25” is the latest high-tech development in the field of multifunctional mobile equipment for grain cleaning and calibration using the aerodynamic separation method. The device cleans, dries, and calibrates grain into fractions.
The SOK-25, equipped with wheels, loading and unloading conveyors, and a closed-cycle cyclone sedimentation chamber (CSC), is designed for enclosed threshing floors and floor-mounted grain storage warehouses. At the output, the calibrated grain can be delivered up to a height of 3.9 meters or stacked on both sides of the machine.

The mobile ZAV is based on an aerodynamic separator with a central heating system and, in addition to its mobility, stands out for its high productivity (25 tons/hour in cleaning mode and 12.5 tons/hour in calibration mode) and low energy consumption, thanks to the installation of a frequency converter (0.4–11 kW depending on the selected mode).
